The initial mould inspection will reveal the visible mould growth and the mould spores, we can then determine the best action to remove it.
We then move to contain and protect any unaffected areas and/or contents, and commence the strip out of any non restorable materials.
The property is then dried using artificial heat (to assist with evaporation), dehumidification, artificial ventilation and air movement.
We commence HEPA vacuuming to remove visible mould and apply abrasive techniques to treat surfaces prior to restoration and final inspection.
